Not only am I RON certified though, I am also a certified signing agent through the NNA, National Notary Association. This means I also have been background checked, passed the signing agent exam AND have E&O Insurance. I am experience in closing on refinance loans, purchase loans, seller packages, Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCS), and reverse mortgages.
